It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of permitting the appeal to proceed on the original record of the trial court. The motion insofar as it seeks a stay of the removal of property from the premises is denied as academic. The property was removed prior to issuance of the the interim order of this Court. The motion insofar as it seeks a stay of the re-renting of the apartment is denied, without prejudice to renew with proof of ability to pay all the arrears outstanding ( $3,968.03) plus the legal and marshal's fees ( $ 800 ).
