| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Rockland County, both dated July 9, 2009, for failure to settle the complete trial transcript.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before May 20, 2010, the appellant shall settle the transcript of the proceedings on January 26, 2009, and file that transcript with this court under Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-08489; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file briefs is enlarged until June 21, 2010, and the respondent's briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
