ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this court dated July 24, 2009, which granted the appellant's motion for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on appeals from three judgments of the County Court, Suffolk County, all rendered March 9, 2009, under Indictment Nos. 83-07, 477-07, 1819-07, is amended to reflect that the appellant also appeals from a judgment of the same court, rendered March 9, 2009, under Indictment No. 558A-06.
