Appeal by Alanie H., the father, from a decision of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 19, 2009, and separate appeals by Crystal D. from the order dated May 19, 2009, and an order of the same court dated March 4, 2010.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the notice of appeal by Alanie H. from the order dated May 19, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-03236), is deemed to be a notice of appeal from the order dated March 4, 2010, which appeal is pending under Docket No. 2010-03237; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal by Crystal D. from the order dated May 19, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-03236), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Family Ct Act § 1112).
