| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay certain utility companies from disconnecting service, to stay all foreclosure proceedings concerning the marital residence, to direct the respondent to pay utility bills for the marital residence, and to direct the respondent to pay support, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, both dated August 11, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
