It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the stay and enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2010 term. However, in the event the appellant manages to obtain a Clerk's Return by April 29, 2010, the appeal may be noticed for the June 2010 term. Answering briefs would then be due by May 19, 2010. Reply briefs would be due one week later. The tenant-respondent's cross motion to dismiss the appeal and to vacate the stay is denied, without prejudice to renew in the event the appeal is not perfected by the September 2010 term.
