It is Ordered that the defendant-appellant's motion is granted, without opposition, enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2010 term - the filing deadline is July 1, 2010. If the appeal is not perfected by July 1, 2010, the stay of the trial in the Civil Court is automatically vacated, without the need of a further order of this Court.
