2010-03220, 2010-03221, 2010-03222 In the Matter of Raymond J. Navaro, Sr., appellant, v Bridget Marie Jornet, respondent. (F-03410-08)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Raymond J. Navaro, Sr., from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 18, 2009, and February 19, 2010, respectively, and a decision of the same court dated September 4, 2009.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the decision pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-03221, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J. A. Green Constr. Corp., 100 AD2d 509; Family Ct Act § 1112).
