It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction on condition that the appellant continues to pay for accruing use and occupancy on each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. The parties are directed to submit any exhibits in their possession to the Clerk of the Court by May 4, 2010. The appeal will be scheduled for oral argument on June 14, 2010.
