Appellant having moved to consolidate and extend his time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on February 8 and March 30, 2010,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Otu A. Obot sworn to April 14, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of James E. Eagan, Esq. dated April 16, 2010 and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted and the appeals from the orders entered February 8, 2010 and March 30, 2010 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time beyond 60 days to perfect the appeals is dismissed because the motion is unnecessary at this time (see 22 NYCRR 1000.12).
