Application by County of Putnam pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated September 15, 2009, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated November 24, 2009.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of County of Putnam to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 10, 2010, and the applicant's brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal from the order dated November 24, 2009 (see 22 NYCRR 67.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date.
