| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 23, 2010, to stay enforcement of the order dated April 23, 2010, to vacate the warrant for his arrest and remand dated March 16, 2010, and to direct his immediate release from custody.
