On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 20, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the respondent, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated July 9, 2009, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "Rockland County" and substituting therefor the words "Nassau County."
