ORDERED that the order on application of this court dated April 16, 2010, which granted the respondents application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 27, 2009, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "April 29, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "May 4, 2010."
