Application by the appellants Robert J. Alexander and Massapequa Internal Medicine Associates, P.C., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time for all appellants to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 5, 2009.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until July 8, 2010, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
