ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 13, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant pro se, on appeals from three judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, all rendered April 2, 2009, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "County Court, Suffolk County", and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Queens County."
