Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Evelyne A. O'Sullivan, Esq., dated April 12, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Charles D. Halvorsen, Esq., dated April 15, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and respondent-appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on each appeal, together with proof of service, on or before June 1, 2010, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
