Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Victoria L. King, Esq., dated April 12, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Shirley A. Gorman, Esq., dated April 15, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the law guardian submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before June 2, 2010, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
