DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the nonparty-appellant's assigned counsel on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 28, 2009, in effect, to enlarge the record to include an order of the same court dated December 1, 2009, issued in a proceeding commenced under Docket Nos. V-15423/08 and V-15424/08, an order of the same court also dated December 1, 2009, issued in the above-entitled proceeding, and an order of the same court dated March 24, 2010, issued in a proceeding commenced under Docket Nos. N-3621/10 and N-3622/10.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before May 20, 2010, the nonparty-appellant's assigned counsel shall file with the Clerk of this Court, as part of the original papers, copies of the orders dated December 1, 2009, and March 24, 2010.
