Motion for extension of time to perfect proceeding.

Application for order directing the pro hac vice admission of Frederick E. Popovitch, Esq., a New Jersey attorney, pursuant to section 520.11 (a) (1) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application for an order directing the pro hac vice admission is granted, without costs, and Frederick E. Popovitch, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing petitioner upon the proceeding, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the proceeding is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the proceeding is extended to June 17, 2010.
