ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 28, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the appellant pro se, on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated February 5, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "Orange County" and substituting therefor the words "Suffolk County."
