Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated August 3, 2009, and October 19, 2009, to direct the issuance of a subpeona duces tecum for a certain document containing an entry concerning "the record of transactions maintained by the Guardianship Accounting Department" of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
