Appeal by Maria Christina Alicea from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 26, 2010. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Patricia A. Carrington, Esq., dated April 16, 2010, it is

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
