Separate motions by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered August 20, 2007, for leave file a supplemental pro se reply brief, and for leave to file a supplemental appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave file a supplemental pro se reply is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for leave to file a supplemental appendix is denied as unnecessary to the extent that Exhibits 3 and 12 are contained in the original papers constituting the Supreme Court file and is otherwise denied.
