It is Ordered that the motion to dismiss the plaintiff's appeals is granted unless the appellant perfects her appeals by no later than the September 2010 term - the filing deadline is July 1, 2010. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, the defendant may move on five days notice for an order dismissing the appeals. No further extension of time will be granted . ( see 22 NYCRR § 640.6 ) The cross-motion is granted to the extent of permitting the appeals to proceed on one set of records on appeal and one set of briefs.
