It is Ordered that the appellant's motion is granted extending the time to perfect the appeal to June 23, 2010 and continuing the stay. The February, March, April and May 2010 use and occupancy is to be paid to the landlord, without prejudice, by June 1, 2010, at the rate of $363.62 per month. The prior orders of this Court are modified accordingly.
