Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 18, 2009, and October 2, 2009, and petitioner-appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals for the purpose of oral argument, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of John T. Nasci, Esq., dated April 26, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals shall be argued together, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal from the order entered May 18, 2009 (CAF 09-01397) is removed from the day calendar for May 26, 2010, and the appeals shall be placed on the calendar for the term of Court commencing September 7, 2010.
