It is Ordered that the motion to dismiss the appeal from the January 7, 2010 order is granted unless the tenant-appellant perfects her appeal by no later than the September 2010 term - the filing deadline is July 1, 2010. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, the landlord-respondent may move on five days notice for an order dismissing the appeal. The Court notes that the two appeals should proceed on one set of records and one set of briefs.
