It is Ordered that the petitioners-respondents' motion to vacate the stay and to dismiss the appeal is granted, unless undertenant-appellant perfects his appeal by no later than the September 2010 term - the filing deadline is July 1, 2010. No further extension of time will be granted. In the event of the undertenant-appellant's failure to comply with the orders of this Court, the petitioners-respondents may move on five days notice for an order vacating the stay and dismissing the appeal. 6
