The above named appellant having appealed to this court from a judgment of the First District Court, Nassau County entered September 24, 2008.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is,
ORDERED that the appeal is stricken from the general calendar; and it is further,
ORDERED that the stay contained in the order of this court dated May 30, 2009 and continued by order of this court dated August 28, 2009 is continued on condition that appellant perfect the appeal by July 9, 2010.
As the minutes for the final day of trial, July 10, 2008, have not been made part of the record, the appeal has not been properly perfected.
