| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 26, 2009, and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 25, 2010, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the appellants' reply brief shall be served and filed in accordance with the rules of the court, with leave to make an application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief, if they be so advised, and the application is otherwise denied.
