Motion by Jose Santiago to vacate any automatic stay which is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a) pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated August 21, 2009, and November 6, 2009, respectively, and for the assignment of counsel.
