DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on a purported appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated June 29, 2007, in effect, to obtain free copies of the minutes of a sentence imposed by the same court November 21, 2001.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the purported appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no notice of appeal was filed from the order dated June 29, 2007; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that there is no appeal pending.
