Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered September 25, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-09045), under Indictment No. 7582/06, in effect, to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated June 24, 2009, granting the defendant's motion for leave to perfect the appeal as a poor person and assigning counsel, to reflect that the appellant also appeals from two judgments of the same court, also rendered September 25, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2010-04374 and 2010-04375), under Indictment Nos. 5811/07 and 7300/06.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the order of assignment is deemed amended.
