On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 14, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered March 29, 2007, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph the date "April 20, 2007" and substituting therefor the date "July 20, 2007."
