| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 8, 2009, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal. Separate applications by the respondents Lee David Auerbach, P.C., and Lee David Auerbach, and the respondents Eugenia M. Vecchio & Associates and Eugenia M. Vecchio pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the respondents' time to serve and file briefs is enlarged until July 2, 2010, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
