On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 6, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by Donald Stanley, on an appeal and cross appeal from a resentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County, imposed March 1, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "Kings County," and substituting therefor the words "Queens County."
