ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 18, 2010, which determined a motion by the appellant, on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered September 12, 2008, January 30, 2009, and February 5, 2009, respectively, is amended by deleting from the caption the Appellate Division Docket No. "2008-02767" and substituting therefor the Appellate Division Docket No. "2009-02767."
