On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 5, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a resentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County, imposed January 13, 2010, is amended by deleting the appellant's address, "08-A-5438, Wyoming Corr. Fac., P.O. Box 501, Attica, New York 14011-0501" and substituting therefor the address "03-A-3398, Attica, P.O. Box 149, Attica, New York 14011."
