ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 14, 2010, in the above-entitled appeal, which granted a motion by the respondent, on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Nassau County, entered December 2, 2009, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the following address "14 Trinity Place - 11th Floor, New York, New York 11211," and substituting therefor the following address "74 Trinity Place - 11th Floor, New York, New York, 10006".
