ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 19, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered March 19, 2009, is amended by deleting from the appellant's address the number "09-A-0055" and substituting therefor the number "09-A-2345."
