| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered February 4, 2008. The appellant's motion to dispense with printing and for the assignment of counsel was granted on April 21, 2008. By decision and order on motion dated April 1, 2009, the following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the appeal:
