Motion by the respondent to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered September 29, 2009, to include a transcript of the minutes of the proceedings which occurred in the above-entitled action on November 19, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before June 2, 2010, the respondent shall file a transcript of the minutes of the proceedings in the above-entitled action on November 19, 2009, in the office of the Clerk of this court, as part of the original papers.
