The People of the State of New York, Respondent v William Brandel, Appellant.

Motion by respondent to enlarge time to file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of Newburgh, Orange County, rendered September 16, 2005.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is,

ORDERED that the motion by respondent for an enlargement of time in which to submit a respondent's brief is granted, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed within 21 days of the date of this order; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant, if he be so advised, may file a reply brief within 14 days of the date that the respondent's brief is due to be filed pursuant to this order.
