Motion by appellant, in essence, for leave to reargue landlord-respondent's prior motion to vacate the stay on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 24, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers have been filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that motion by tenant-appellant, in essence, for leave to reargue landlord-respondent's prior motion to vacate the stay is denied.
