Motion by defendant to extend his time to appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court, Village of Dobbs Ferry, Westchester County, entered August 27, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion by defendant for an extension of time to take an appeal is granted and defendant's moving papers are deemed to constitute a timely notice of appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected by July 2, 2010.
