It is Ordered that the landlord's motion for a stay of the attorneys' fee hearing is granted on condition that the appeal is perfected by the September 2010 term - the filing deadline is July 1, 2010. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, the tenants-respondents may move on five days notice for an order vacating the stay.
