It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of permitting the appeal to proceed on the original record of the trial court. The motion insofar as it seeks a stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction is denied, without prejudice to renew after the deposit of the amount of the judgment ( $ 14,663.25 ) with the Clerk of the Civil Court - New York County.
