On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated May 19, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the respondents, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 24, 2009, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto", and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto".
