| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by nonparty Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 18, 2009. By decision and order on motion dated February 17, 2010, as amended by decision and order on motion dated March 11, 2010, the appellant was granted a stay of enforcement of the order dated December 18, 2009, on condition that it perfected the appeal on or before April 20, 2010. The appeal has not been perfected.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by the decision and order on motion dated February 17, 2010, is vacated forthwith.
